Boiling Point

A Conference on Global Climate Change

Saturday, October 27, 2007

Further on this page:

People's temperatures soar when discussion shifts to global climate change. At our autumn conference, "Boiling Point," New Wine hopes to create an atmosphere where cool logic and open, refreshing dialogue prevail among those of various opinions. Boiling Point Logo Some of the key questions we will be discussing include: Does global climate change exist? If so, how much of a factor does human consumption play? What can or should we do about it? Keynote speakers include Rev. Richard Cizik, Vice President for Governmental Affairs for the National Association of Evangelicals and Peter Illyn, Executive Director of Restoring Eden. The day will include workshops, a moderated discussion, and opportunities to interact and network with exhibitors on issues related to environmental stewardship. As Christ-followers committed to having one finger on the pages of the Bible and another on the bold print of the daily news, you will want to join us for this important and timely discussion on the global climate change debate. We look forward to seeing you there!
